2012 NCSHRM State Conference

We are excited to be able to bring an educational, enjoyable experience for HR professionals to beautiful Wilmington, North Carolina.  In partnership with the NC SHRM State Council, this year’s conference is being co-hosted by the Lower Cape Fear Human Resources Association (Wilmington) and the Golden East Society for Human Resources Management (Rocky Mount). 

Nothing is so constant as change, a fact which HR professionals know very well.  Keeping up with these changes can be a challenge.  We plan to offer a wealth of information and know-how on a wide variety of HR-related topics during the conference. 

This year’s conference will be held in the new Wilmington Convention Center, located on the banks on the Cape Fear River in the heart of the Historic District.  The Convention Center itself opened in January, 2011, and is within easy walking distance of a number of attractions.

This year, attendees will be able to enjoy dinner Thursday night cruising the Cape Fear River on board the riverboat Henrietta.  This special evening costs $25, and space is limited.  Be sure to sign up when you register for the conference!
