In this energetic session, Pam will take you on a journey that will help you determine if you are building a bridge or burning it, based upon our actions and our communication.

This journey will have you laughing out loud as you determine which path you are on, and who in the room is with you as we Bridge Our Differences between our different personalities.  Continuing our journey, we will look at by definition, the sustainability of our workforce isn’t about money, it’s about relationships. Finally, we will take a look at some of the very words we use, that could be burning bridges instead of building them, and what damage that is causing in our organizations today.

Who Is Pam?

Leaving her 15 year corporate Human Resources desk job to embrace the life of an entrepreneur, Pam has been living and experiencing a boundaryless and thriving life. The tools that brought her success in the boardroom, she now shares with the world.  A Senior Professional Human Resources professional, and an active member of the NCSHRM State Council, Pam has the credentials, but what keeps her thriving from desk to dwelling lives at the “Pipshak”, at the heart of the Pamlico River.
