well-led, and low risk workplaces. Leaning on almost 30 years in the HR industry, he also guides members on a range of topics including most things HR, Compliance, Talent Management, Employee Relations and HR/Business Strategy. Doug is also a frequent speaker at conferences and events and a published writer in the HR and Talent spaces. Doug received his MBA with honors from ECU and his B.A. in Industrial Relations from UNC-Chapel Hill.
