Hallie is a Business Counselor at the Small Business Technology Development Center at East Carolina University. She brings her years of business and entrepreneurship expertise to the job. Her goal is to helping make small to mid-size companies grow in the Eastern Carolina area. The one-on-one coaching will help businesses in many areas allow companies to;

• Improve leadership skills & employee performance


Hallie continues as President of Perspecta, a Financial Wellness company. She is a Certified Credit Report Reviewer, Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist & non-practicing attorney.

Financial Empowerment programs provide companies with tools to encourage employees to lead financially healthier & less stressful lives. Writing custom content & creating powerful programs for companies while using the resources that company already have is the focus. The program uses only unbiased information free of product & financial services sales.

Hallie works closely with our military providing financial education.

(ISBN: 978-0-9848911-9-1). She has co-authored the certification program for ICFE entitled Certified Young Adult Financial Specialist. (CE credits available.)
